Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issue with your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Refunds are only available if:

  • You receive the wrong product

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection laws.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
